From his early days at JPMorgan to his roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer in asset management, Milo has consistently worked to help fund promoters and fundraisers build tailored financial vehicles. His more recent expertise in emerging technologies like blockchain and AI, combined with his understanding of traditional finance, forms the foundation of Baund's innovative approach to investment structuring. Milo has lived and worked in Italy, Switzerland, the UK, Thailand, Mexico, Malta and is currently based in Portugal.

Ben is a serial entrepreneur and leader who brings over two decades of experience building products, teams, and companies. In addition to being a startup founder and venture partner, he has played a variety of roles including Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Creative Officer, and Managing Director with startups, agencies, and major media companies– including 21212, Fuseproject, Elephant, Qapital, MTV, and Complex. His expertise connecting startups with capital, particularly in emerging markets, is crucial to Baund's mission of creating more efficient cross-border investment mechanisms. Ben Has lived in NYC, San Francisco, L.A., Rio de Janeiro, Stockholm and currently lives in Lisbon.

Luca is an energetic leader in international finance, with over 15 years of experience driving innovation and growth in the economic and credit sectors. With a proven track record of success, he has co-founded and led multiple ventures, including Wealth Route, Run Capital Partners, and Run AM Sarl, with a presence in key markets such as the Netherlands, Malta, Israel, and the UK. Luca's strategic vision and entrepreneurial spirit have earned him a reputation as a trusted and influential figure in the financial sector, with a portfolio that includes partnerships with prominent organizations like OurCrowd and the Nasdaq. As Group CEO and board member of companies with headquarters in the UK, Luxembourg, Israel, Italy, and the USA, Luca continues to shape the path of alternative investment funds and global finance.

With two decades of experience across Europe in investment funds, regulatory compliance, and capital market, Carmine brings crucial legal and structural knowledge to Baund. His expertise lies in developing innovative and efficient ways to structure legal entities that meet rigorous regulatory requirements. Carmine's insights are instrumental in ensuring that Baund's solutions are not only innovative but also compliant with complex international regulations. Carmine has lived in Italy, the UK, Belgium, Malta, and currently calls Luxembourg home.
